CBSE CLUSTER XI VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT 2014-2015

Advanced Academy is proud to host CBSE CLUSTER XI VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT from 8th October 2014 to 11th October 2014.

1. Last date for confirmation by all Teams – 25th september 2014
2. All the participating teams should report on 7th October 2014 before 4pm at Advanced Academy school campus.
3. Meeting of all the Officials will be at 5pm on 7th October 2014
4. An amount of RS. 350 Per DAY Per PERSON will be there for the arrangements of boarding lodging and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.)
5. Security amount of Rs.1500 (Refundable) has to be deposited by each team on the date of reporting.
6. Copy of C.B.S.E. sports fees Receipt should be submitted by all teams.
7. Eligibility and Identity cards of the participants should be according to the new guidelines issued by C.B.S.E. alongwith UNIQUE ID NO.
8. All the participating teams have to submit their team photograph along with their escort coach, manager and school Principal. It should be signed and verified by the Principal.
9. Every team has to bring two school flags.
