Students portrayed the pride and honor of the Indian state: Karnataka.

Nestled in the southern part of India, this vibrant state boasts a diverse range of flavors, geographical landscapes, and a rich, flourishing history of the Wadiyar dynasty, the Maurya, and the Chalukyas. Karnataka’s capital, Bengaluru, has cemented its position as a global IT hub.

The Pre-primary students of Advanced Academy conducted a session on the cultural heritage of Karnataka.

Shrishti Singh articulated Karnataka’s language, art, culture, and heritage. Avyaan Pandey spoke about Bidriware, the handicraft of Bidar district. It is also a land of opportunity and innovation, and to depict the same, Shravya Pandey presented herself as Sudha Murthy, the chairperson of Infosys, author, and philanthropist.

Sawani Kalele briefed about the “Silicon Valley,” the capital city of Karnataka, Bengaluru.

Hridaya Prajapati articulated the rich cuisines of Karnataka. He also shared that the state is the largest producer of aromatic coffee, raw silk, and sandalwood in India.

Vihaan Ravi, Riyansh Yadav, Pawani Dubey, Advait Tiwari, Bhavya Thoke, and Samriddhi Rathore performed various dance forms like “Dollu Kunitha,” Kodava dance, Hulivesha, and Bombe Aata. The icing on the cake was the performance by the Pre-Primary teacher of Advanced Academy, Ms. Rajani Bapur, who performed an authentic Karnataka dance, Yakshagana, by carrying out the perfect attire and steps.
